    At Libra, the beef we proudly serve orginates from beef breeds which have been sustainable raised on family ranches. These cattle are never administered antibiotics or growth hormones and are fed a 100% vegetarian diet. This is a longer growing process compared to commodity beef, but we feel it is worth it and hope you do too.

    LIbra is an authentic Brazilian Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) that offers over 15 different kinds of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb and over 30 items of salads, and hot side dishes. The meats are cooked on giants skewers over an open flame and brought to the table where it is carved directly onto your plate. For one set price, you will experience all of our succulent meats, continuously served until you are finished eating.
